EXCLUSIONS

· Any site specific WHS requirements have not been allowed for.

· Does not include plant or mobile machinery. Access equipment, if required, is to be organised and operated by the client, unless Orderly Haven is providing this. Handling of panels, if required, is to be completed by the client.

· No allowance has been provided for local area barricades under the work area.

· No allowance is made for site specific rates of pay. Orderly Haven (trading name for Page Wright Consulting Pty Ltd) do not have union members or an on-site construction EBA and will not enter into one.

· Should Orderly Haven be required to enter into an EBA of any type, all additional costs will be considered a variation to the quote and will be required to be reimbursed.

· No allowance has been made for any retentions. Payments are due at the full invoice value.

· Removal of surface contaminants such as concrete, silicone or excessive paint flecks or polishing restoration of existing or older hazed glass.

· Rate excludes security personnel (for after-hours work) and parking charges if incurred. Should these costs be incurred, they will be on-charged at costs with receipts provided.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

· After the initial application, minor streaking may be evident. This is normal and will disappear after the product has fully cured (24-72 hours).

· A site inspection of the surfaces to be treated is to be carried out jointly with the client and Orderly Haven to note any surface damage. A pre-inspection sheet and/or photos logged in ServiceM8 are to be confirmed and signed by both the client or client site supervisor and Orderly Haven supervisor.

· Should a nominated site representative of the client not be available at the commencement of the project to confirm any surface damage, Orderly Haven will not be held responsible for any surface damage noted after the completion of the application process.

· Any damage to surfaces prior to commencement of product application is not the responsibility of Orderly Haven.

· A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking with remainder payable on the day of application.

Any additional work required to be carried out over and above the product application will be charged at an agreed hourly rate (minimum $150/hr + GST). Any additional work is to be agreed and confirmed by a variation to the quote on site prior to commencement.
